On 19 and 20 November 2026, a delegation from the Council of State, led by vice-president Marc Guillaume, travelled to Brussels to take part in a bilateral working seminar with the Belgian Council of State.

This meeting, held as part of the long-standing and close relationship between the two institutions, provided an opportunity to discuss three topics of common interest:
- Administrative judges and environmental issues;
- Judges and public opinion;
- Artificial intelligence in advisory and litigation functions.
This seminar demonstrates the importance attached to Franco-Belgian cooperation, which is notably demonstrated by the regular organisation of bilateral seminars and study visits between the two institutions.
