From 26 to 28 November 2025, the French Council of State took part in the second edition of the French-Italian Administrative Law Meetings, co-organized with the Italian Council of State and the universities Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne, Paris Nanterre, Lum Guiseppe Degennaro (Bari), Luiss Guido Carli (Rome), and Catania.
These meetings focused on the theme of sovereignty. Discussions addressed the link between European Union law and national law, immigration law, and finally digital sovereignty and new technologies.
This event reaffirms the Conseil d’État’s commitment to strengthening its exchanges with the academic community in France and abroad.
